As a licensed Realtor since 2006, Lori has represented both Buyers and Sellers. She strongly believes people with better information make better decisions. In addition to her Colorado real estate training and knowledge, her HOA board experience continues to add to her community knowledge, helping clients understand what they may face as a resident in a planned community.

On the other hand, Wade has been assisting people with the most significant investment decisions of their lives – the buying or selling of their homes for more than 30 years. Sometimes this includes completely uprooting from a long-standing community and going where you know no one. And it goes the other way – choosing to sell and leave all that is familiar to start over in a new region.

Helping buyers and sellers solve their real estate needs, changes and achieving their desire is such a gift to him. Earning their trust and removing frustration, fear and many potential mistakes to give them the most successful transaction keeps Wade motivated each day to work harder, dig deeper and bring as much joy to each transaction for their clients.

Bianca Parrish has joined Perry Properties Group recently. She has been an active member of the Colorado community since moving here from her native Brazil in 2008. She brings her passionate emigrant edge to everything she does. Whether it is her training to become a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, serving on the Board of Directors for Mother of Multiples, or volunteering at local animal shelters, she brings her unbridled passion and steadfast commitment to success. Oh, and yes, she brings all of that to serving buyers and sellers too.

What stands out most with Bianca is her sense of discipline, service to others, and attention to detail. And, it is all wrapped up in a smile so bright it can light up the midnight sky.

When Bianca isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Lance, her twin boys, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and exploring the wilderness beauty Colorado has to offer.
