We interviewed 4 different Realtors. Lori stood out in terms of her professionalism, her experience and her marketing plan. Right off the bat, we hired her because she was persistent in marketing to us. We really liked her approach. We spoke to Lori a year before we listed our property. I didn’t know her and I have to say quite honestly she was very persistent and I appreciated that trait. She kept in touch with us even when I told her we were likely a year away from being ready. And when it came time for us to meet with the other Realtors, it was apparent Lori was the most knowledgeable of our area and the most professional in her approach. We were sold on Lori. Our experience from beginning to end is likely different than what most folks will go through. We had some challenges with the first buyer. If it had not been for Lori and her understanding of the situation and keeping us informed, letting us know what the prices looked like, what our options were and the pros and cons of each, I don’t know if we would have made it through to closing with the second buyer. This has been a challenge for us personally. We are leaving our home that we have lived in for 25 years. We are also leaving the state which I have lived in all my life. Her communication skills and overall kindness has been what has saved us. Lori is knowledgeable, professional, persistent, kind, compassionate, empathetic and punctual with great communication skills. She made us feel like we were her only clients. We did not find this any of the other Realtors we met with.

They are the best realtors I've ever worked with. They are not only professional and super responsive. They are people who will listen to you and listen to what you are interested in. They just get it! They aren't trying to get you into the most expensive house, they are trying to get you into the right house all based on your needs, financial and otherwise. The thing that impressed me the most were how organized they were. Once I got on contract Lori would send me a weekly email listing out all of the to-do items that needed to get done that week. Without fail that list showed up in my inbox every Monday and it made the paperwork process so incredibly easy! Furthermore, if there was any paper work that needed explanation or a prompt response from me to keep the process going smoothly I always got a call or text from Lori. Whenever I had questions (which I had a lot of) I just gave Lori a call and I think all of but 2-3 times she didn't immediately answer the phone but called me back within 5-10 minutes. Like I said before they are super responsive and just a joy to work with!!
